In 2019, 43% of Kentucky youth with disabilities who exited high school the previous year were competitively employed. For youth with autism, functional mental disabilities and multiple disabilities, that number was 13%.
It takes a team to help youth with disabilities achieve their potential and get meaningful work after high school. Find training and resources that everyone on the employment team can use to help students get jobs.
